Unbounded Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending an Unbounded event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in Unbounded events may include activities such as sauna use, cold exposure, breathwork, movement, and other wellness practices.
By attending, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with these activities. You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate.

2. Health & Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for listening to your body and participating at your own pace.
If you have any medical conditions, heart conditions, cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, are experiencing burn out, or have concerns about participation, you should consult a medical professional prior to attending.
Unbounded and its facilitators are not providing medical advice.

3. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbounded Experience Lifestyle Brand Inc., its team, facilitators, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during or as a result of participation in the event.

4. Tickets & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
Tickets may be transferred to another individual with prior notice
In the event of cancellation by Unbounded, a credit or rescheduled date will be provided

5. Event Changes
Unbounded reserves the right to modify event schedules, programming, facilitators, or locations as needed to ensure safety and quality of experience.

6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Any inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Media Release
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Unbounded may use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify our team on-site.

8. Weather & Outdoor Events
Many Unbounded events take place outdoors and run in most weather conditions. Please come prepared.
Events may be adjusted for safety reasons if required.

9. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Your tickets are being purchased from Unbounded (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
